You will have so much fun knitting this mystery christmas stocking design. Basic knitting skills required: cast on, knit & purl stitches. You will learn color work, working in the round, knitting on DPN’s. This is a great project for anyone who has previously taken a sock 101 class. Suggested for the adventurous beginner. Crochet 101-In Shop Only
This is a perfect first project to master the fundamental stitches of crochet and build your crochet knowledge. In this class, you will learn how to read a basic crochet pattern, how to hold your hook and yarn, the chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet, and treble crochet stitches. You will be making a scarf to practice these stitches. Plus, you will be taught tips and tricks to keep your crochet stitches straight and looking great.

It’s sweater time and Dala Sweater with it’s adorable horses will charm it’s way into your heart! Dalecarlian horse or Dala is a traditional carved, painted wooden statue of a horse originating in the Swedish province of Dalarna. Dala represents the spirit of the region and the timeless beauty of folk art. Come join us and knit your very own Dala Sweater. It is knitted in the round with top down construction using fingering weight yarn. Basic knitting skills are required: Cast on, Knit stitch, Purl stitch. You will learn German Twisted cast on, Stranded Color work, M1r, make one right & M1l, make one left increases, German short row shaping. There are 7 sizes to choose from, with finished bust circummference 33.4 ,37, 40.8, 44, 48, 52, 55”. Stop by the shop and we would love to help you select a color combination from the many lovely fingering yarns we have available for you to choose from for your very own Dala.
